General Programme of the Propaganda issued to the
Peasants by the Political Department of the Central Military
Academy in respect of the Party Purification Movement.
(1) What is meant by Party Purification Movement?
A Revolutionary Party should be revolutionary in
nature from head to tail. Should there be any non-
revolutionists, bogus revolutionists, or reactionaries,
we should not fail to have such bad portions eliminated, otherwise the Party will be destroyed. A movement to eliminate the non-revolutionists, bogus revolutionists and reactionaries in a Party is called a Party Purification
Movement. Now in our Party the Chinese Kuomintang - the leading non-revolutionists, bogus revolutionists and reactionaries are the Communist elements, who hold member- ship in the Kuomintang in addition to their membership in the Communist Party. Therefore the object of our present Party Purification is to remove the Communist elements who hold membership in our Kuomintang. We must overthrow the Chinese Communists. We cannot exist together with them.

(2) Facts as to the admission of the Communists into
our Chinese Kuomintang.
